Our partner company is an innovative IT firm that provides its clients with tailored software solutions. We are currently looking for a new colleague to join their growing and supportive team as an HR Business Partner in a part-time (4 hours/day), contractor role.In this position, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services and providing strategic support to a subsidiary of approximately 60 employees, acting as a key point of contact for all people-related matters.

- Act as a strategic HR partner, supporting leaders in organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management
- Provide advice on employee relations matters (e.g., conflict resolution, disciplinary cases)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Maintain relationships with internal and external recruitment partners
- Manage and maintain HR systems (e.g., Workday) ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records
- Prepare, update, and track employment contracts
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide daily HR support to employees
- Liaise with the payroll provider and support monthly payroll processes
- Analyze HR metrics and develop improvement initiatives
Követelmények
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- English language proficiency
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
