Description
- Supports internal stakeholders, including Solution Advisory, in providing first-responder content and coordinating product, technical, and security requirements for customer questionnaires (RFx documents).
- Ensures customer instructions are fully understood and followed when addressing questions and provides standardized and pre-generated responses aligned with client requirements.
- Works with internal stakeholders to update and maintain product, technical, and security-related content within a centralized database to ensure continuous quality and best-practice improvements.
- Manages multiple RFx requirements simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, contributing to revenue-generating opportunities through high-quality proposal support.
Requirements
- University degree
- Critical thinking
- Problem-solving skills
- High-level communication skills in English
- Excellent time-management abilities
- High proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP software such as S/4HANA and SAP products
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
