Description
As a Service Manager & Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations while leading a diverse team in a fast-paced, international environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Business-as-usual operations
- Coordinate and oversee internal projects, ensuring timely progress and effective execution
- Create, track, and follow up on action items generated internally or through external engagements to support project and operational goals
- Facilitate troubleshooting efforts to resolve operational challenges
- Support daily operations to maintain smooth workflow and service delivery
