Description
Key Account Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing relationships with a company's most important clients to maximize profitability and loyalty in Slovakia. They act as the primary liaison between key stakeholders and internal teams, driving long-term partnerships through strategic planning, upselling, and solving complex problems.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, high-quality partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase account revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the lead point of contact for client matters, understanding their needs and ensuring internal teams meet deadlines.
- Problem Resolution: Address complaints and resolve issues through negotiation and collaboration with internal teams.
- Market Analysis: Analyse client data, trends, and competitor activities to develop strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Track account health, usage trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in account management, sales, or customer success roles.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to work with data to identify trends and make strategic decisions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills when coordinating internal teams and approaching clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Languages: Confident in English; fluent in Slovak.
