Description
- Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain partnerships with customers, immigration specialists, and network suppliers to enhance satisfaction.
- Serve as primary contact for escalated immigration issues, coordinating corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Support implementation and integration of new immigration processes and services.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review agreements, feedback, and relevant legislative updates.
- Advise local HR units on complex immigration cases.
- Ensure network suppliers meet SLAs and KPIs; monitor and improve supplier performance.
- Facilitate training and development for team members and suppliers on immigration laws and best practices.
- Empower team members with leadership and support to achieve goals.
- Manage immigration projects focused on process improvement and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT to optimize internal tools for tracking and reporting immigration processes.
- Act as Key Account Manager for major immigration contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in international environments, with a strong focus onimmigration services or related fields
- Fluent English communication, both verbal and written
- Proven expertise in staff and supplier management
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Proficiency in IT tools and data reporting
- Strong partnership and trust-building skills
- Expertise in compliance and regulatory navigation
