You will be at the heart of driving strategic execution and operational excellence.If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and sales execution, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference.What You’ll Do· Strategic Planning & Execution: Drive integrated business planning, organizational setup, and governance.· Data Excellence: Ensure account data quality, segmentation, and hierarchy updates.· Sales Enablement: Manage quota credit rules, deployment, and performance transparency.· Collaboration: Partner with industry leaders, process executives, and sales teams to turn ideas into measurable improvements.· Your work will directly influence our growth in Germany and help our teams deliver exceptional value to customers.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in sales, services, consulting, or data management; 2+ years in sales operations or related fields.
- Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and communication abilities.
- Mindset: Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude.
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), SAP tools (IBP, CRM, BW) is a plus.
- Languages: Excellent German and good English skills.
- Education: University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
