Description

Assess Business Needs: gather business requirements and analyze business needs and complex business problems, specify development tasks
Understand stakeholder’s needs, work closely with the business to determine the best solution
Determine project scope and requirements
Manage and deliver the assigned project successfully
Liaise between IT and business
Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications and user stories
Develop and implement test plans/scenarios to ensure successful delivery of a project
Oversee System and Project Testing: organize testing to ensure that it meets functional requirements, oversee usability and user acceptance testing
Keep contact with both external and internal customers and users

Requirements

3-5 years professional experience as an IT Business Analyst (preferably in B2B or B2C field)
Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
Experience in IT systems implementation
Project management knowledge
Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience in coordinating external partners
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication skills
