Description

  • Assess Business Needs: gather business requirements and analyze business needs and complex business problems, specify development tasks
  • Understand stakeholder’s needs, work closely with the business to determine the best solution
  • Determine project scope and requirements
  • Manage and deliver the assigned project successfully
  • Liaise between IT and business
  • Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications and user stories
  • Develop and implement test plans/scenarios to ensure successful delivery of a project
  • Oversee System and Project Testing: organize testing to ensure that it meets functional requirements, oversee usability and user acceptance testing
  • Keep contact with both external and internal customers and users

Requirements

  • 3-5 years professional experience as an IT Business Analyst (preferably in B2B or B2C field)
  • Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
  • Experience in IT systems implementation
  • Project management knowledge
  • Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in coordinating external partners
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication skills
