Description
- Assess Business Needs: gather business requirements and analyze business needs and complex business problems, specify development tasks
- Understand stakeholder’s needs, work closely with the business to determine the best solution
- Determine project scope and requirements
- Manage and deliver the assigned project successfully
- Liaise between IT and business
- Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Develop and implement test plans/scenarios to ensure successful delivery of a project
- Oversee System and Project Testing: organize testing to ensure that it meets functional requirements, oversee usability and user acceptance testing
- Keep contact with both external and internal customers and users
Requirements
- 3-5 years professional experience as an IT Business Analyst (preferably in B2B or B2C field)
- Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
- Experience in IT systems implementation
- Project management knowledge
- Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in coordinating external partners
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills
