Description
- Monitoring and operating network devices and servers
- Handling and resolving incident tickets
- SIM provisioning and lifecycle management
- Supporting partner network infrastructure
- Analysing system and network logs
- Improving, automating and testing operational processes
- Performing device and software updates
- Maintaining basic technical documentation (e.g. topology updates related to chance requests)
Requirements
- Solid experience in managing network devices and servers
- Practical knowledge of Red Hat-based systems
- Ability to create and update network topologies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand system-level dependencies
- Confidence in log analysis and troubleshooting
- Proactive attitude towards optimisation and continuous improvement,
- Willingness to take ownership of configuration and update tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Knowledge of mobile network technologies (GSM, LTE 450, NB-IoT)
- Experience with FreeRADIUS and OpenLDAP
- Strong network knowledge (routing, switching)
- Hand on experience with Cisco technologies (VRF, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, ACLs, PE/CE environments)
