It develops and operates innovative systems that ensure secure and reliable connectivity for a wide range of devices, including cash registers, payment terminals and other smart equipment.

Description

• Monitoring and operating network devices and servers
• Handling and resolving incident tickets
• SIM provisioning and lifecycle management
• Supporting partner network infrastructure
• Analysing system and network logs
• Improving, automating and testing operational processes
• Performing device and software updates
• Maintaining basic technical documentation (e.g. topology updates related to chance requests)

Requirements

• Solid experience in managing network devices and servers
• Practical knowledge of Red Hat-based systems
• Ability to create and update network topologies
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand system-level dependencies
• Confidence in log analysis and troubleshooting
• Proactive attitude towards optimisation and continuous improvement,
• Willingness to take ownership of configuration and update tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Knowledge of mobile network technologies (GSM, LTE 450, NB-IoT)
• Experience with FreeRADIUS and OpenLDAP
• Strong network knowledge (routing, switching)
• Hand on experience with Cisco technologies (VRF, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, ACLs, PE/CE environments)
