• Personal and phone negotiations with debtors and clients • Liaising and relaying information between creditors and their customers • Concluding instalment agreements and monitoring their fulfilment • Preparing and tracking the initiation of legal proceeding • Developing and executing the most effective debt collection strategy • Providing administrative support to direct managers • Working to resolve disputed claims, acting in a mediator-type role
• Higher education degree or equivalent qualification • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken • Experience in customer service or related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • User-level proficiency in MS Office applications • Strong customer focus • Familiarity with AI tools or a willingness to learn and apply them
