Short Description
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Copilot Consultant who can combine deep technical expertise with strong client-facing consulting skills. In this role, you will lead the adoption, implementation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 Copilot Solutions within enterprise environments, helping organisations unlock the value of AI while ensuring robust governance, security and compliance.
Description
Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption and Implementation:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem, including: Copilot Chat, Copilot Chat Agents, Administrative, security and data governance settings
- Assess data protection, security and compliance requirements related to Copilot adaption
- Design and establish governance frameworks and best practices for Copilot usage within enterprise environments
- Optimise Copilot usage across client organisations to ensure effective and secure adoption
- Configure and integrate SharePoint Advanced Management capabilities to support Copilot functionality and data governance
- Manage the full lifecycle of Copilot-related projects, including discovery and requirements gathering, project planning and scheduling, implementation and validation
- Maintain ongoing client communication and stakeholder engagement throughout project delivery
- Prepare status updates, recommendations and decision-ready proposals for clients
- Deliver workshops, enablement sessions and training programmes for end users and IT administrators
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, technical validation and Proof of Concept support
- Present solutions and services at client events, workshops and industry conferences
- Act as a subject matter expert, delivering presentations and supporting client engagements
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, security and data governance
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale implementation projects
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in project coordination or delivery leadership
- A consultative mindset with a strong focus on client value and outcomes
