As a Business Product Analyst, you will play a key role in maximising product value by translating business needs into validated requirements, driving user adoption, and supporting organisational change.

Description

Maintain continuity of deployed products, support incident management, and assist with technical configurations
Business process change: understand and document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, design new to-be processes, and support business changes
Requirements gathering: undercover user requirements, translate them into features, and support the Product Owner in prioritising features
Stakeholder management: communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
Data management: proactively investigate data related issues such as integration to support application operations

Requirements

A bachelor-level education
4-5 years of experience in a similar role
Pro-active mindset: take the initiative to reach out and create relationships where needed and have a pro-active and curious attitude
Perseverance and result-oriented: willingness to go the extra mile and achieve results
Communication skills: good social and communication skills to connect with all stakeholders and to form the bridge between the NL and HU based colleague
Experience with SAP SF Recruitment (configuration)
Good in leading, coordinating and alignment with business stakeholders for validation
Experience with CISO/build permits processes etc. is a pre
