Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in Procure-to-Pay processes, account reconciliations, and ERP systems? We are looking for a GRIR Senior Analyst to join the finance operations team of a leading international organization and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and process excellence.

Description

• As a GRIR Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day Goods Received / Invoice Received (GRIR) activities, including:
• Monitoring and managing open GRIR items
• Performing General Ledger account analyses and reconciliations
• Preparing reports and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
• Executing open item clearing activities
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Investigating and resolving operational and accounting-related queries
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across finance, procurement, and business functions
• Identifying recurring issues and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives
• Contributing to process standardization and operational excellence

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or P2P functions, preferably in a multinational environment
• Hands-on experience with account reconciliations and financial controls
• Good understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and SAP MM modules
• Experience with SAP SRM and/or Ariba is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Confident decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent professional English (written and spoken)
• Additional European language skills, particularly German or Spanish, are considered an advantage
• Experience working in complex, process-driven environments
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Continuous improvement mindset and process-oriented thinking
