We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of our teams and provide professional, end-to-end recruitment services.

Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and stakeholders
Proactively source and engage with candidates through various channels
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, including participating in interviews when required
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Provide high-quality recruitment support and guidance to partners throughout the hiring process
Ensure accurate and timely daily administration of the ATS
Support occasional business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and developing partner relationships

Requirements

Native-level Hungarian and fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in managing frequent phone conversations with candidates, partners and stakeholders
Professional, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple processes
Strong interest in recruitment and working with people
Previous recruitment experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
