Expense Management Analyst

Short Description

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer support, solving complex process issues, and working within a global finance environment? We are looking for an Expense Process Specialist to join our Partner's international team supporting travel and expense processes across a large multinational organization.

Description

• Provide expert support to employees and corporate card users regarding travel and expense processes and policies.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational queries, issues, and system-related questions.
• Deliver user guidance, communications, and training sessions to ensure effective use of expense management tools and processes.
• Support the end-to-end expense reimbursement process and assist users throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Collaborate with helpdesk teams to resolve escalations and complex user issues.
• Investigate process and system issues, identify root causes, perform root cause analysis, and propose sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of user requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Proven experience with SAP Finance modules.
• Deep understanding of accounting postings and payment processes.
• Nice to have: additional European language skills (German, French, Spanish, or Polish).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is a plus.
