Key responsibilities:
Participation in process of making business plans
Encouragement, monitoring and responsibility for the realization of sales, financial and marketing plans
Maintaining and developing good relationships with existing and new clients
Active participation in key sales meetings with important clients
Identifying opportunities for the development of new sales channels
Mentoring and coaching the sales team
Management and optimization of collection of receivables
Management and optimization of stock
Taking care of company's image and nurturing a good reputation Analysis of the competition, market trends and monitoring competitiveness of the company in the market
Cooperation with the headquarter company with regular reporting
Profile of ideal candidate:

Communicative person with vast experience in sales
An electrical engineer with exceptional sales skills or a graduate economist with a strong expressed interest in new technologies
A person with knowledge of the English language, minimum B2

Organized and systematic person with developed skills of analytical thinking, quick reasoning and decision-making
Proactive and persistent person who is inclined to cooperation and teamwork
A person ready for frequent business trips and has a category B driver's license
