Short Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Service Delivery professional to support our Managed Services organisation in Hungary.This role combines Agile delivery with IT service management and operational governance. You will work closely with engineering teams, Product Owners, Service Owners, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, strong operational performance and continuous improvement across a range of enterprise services.The role supports teams across Infrastructure, Cloud, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE and Application Support.

Description

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective sprint planning, backlog refinement and delivery.
Monitor sprint performance, delivery predictability and relevant Agile KPIs.
Coordinate service management activities, including incident, problem and service request tracking.
Manage change management activities, including CAB coordination, change calendars and stakeholder communications.
Maintain RAID logs, service reports, management dashboards and governance documentation.
Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Coordinate operational reviews, escalations, dependencies and team capacity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Service Improvement Plans.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Proven experience in a Managed Services environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience with Kanban.
Practical understanding of IT service management and operational governance.
Experience supporting Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or Application Support teams.
Experience with change management, incident and problem management, and SLA/KPI reporting.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and Power BI.
