Description
- Maintain accurate and consistent master data
- Execute contract enablement activities across SAP, Ariba, and other ERP systems, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and compliance with defined processes
- Maintain pricing conditions and commercial data in SAP, ensuring alignment with supplier agreements and internal standards
- Monitor data quality and governance standards
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support performance tracking
- Identify and support opportunities to improve data quality
- Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Business or Supply Chain or related field.
- Fluency in English. (written and spoken)
- 2+ years experience in procurement, sourcing/ materials planning gained in multinational environment (desirable) .
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)
- Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and validation
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage complex data sets across multiple systems
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused, with high responsiveness and professionalism in communication
