Our Partner is a global integrated oil and gas company. They produce oil and gas, trade energy, and make, ship and sell energy products.

Perform regular and event-driven credit assessments, including financial and qualitative analysis, risk rating, credit limits, and collateral requirements
Monitor customer exposure, credit limits, overdue balances, alerts, and portfolio trends, identifying key risks and recommending mitigation actions
Make timely credit decisions, including blocking/unblocking customers, and prepare high-quality assessments for approval above own authority level
Partner closely with Sales and other stakeholders to balance credit risk with business needs and find solutions for challenging customers
Manage collateral and credit insurance processes, coordinating requirements with customers, banks, Sales, and regional Credit Management
Identify strategic and high-risk customers, proactively address issues, and drive appropriate actions with relevant stakeholders
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Credit, GBS, Sales, and other European business functions

Fluent English knowledge and knowledge in German/Spanish/Portuguese/Polish
Preferably at least 1 year of finance experience in an international environment but we accept the application of fresh graduates too
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Ability to deal with complex situations and make decisions while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
Great communication and interpersonal skills
University Degree in Economics or Finance field is preferred
