Our Partner is a global integrated oil and gas company. They produce oil and gas, trade energy, and make, ship and sell energy products.
Description
- Maintain and validate time management data, including weekly/monthly checks, corrections and system tests
- Ensure accurate and timely HR and payroll data entries, interfaces and documentation
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including monthly closing, cross-checks, mid-month transfers and payroll-related administration
- Handle taxation and labour administration for Hungarian and expatriate employees
- Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding and contract modifications in compliance with regulations
- Organize mandatory health check-ups and manage related documentation and expiry dates
- Manage the cafeteria process, including monthly payments, reporting and policy updates
- Monitor HR systems, identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR/payroll reports
- Provide support to employees and BSC staff regarding HR Operations, payroll and basic labour matters
- Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Participate in People & Culture projects and continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in office environment with back office related activities
- HR administration experience is a definite advantage
- University or College Degree
- Fluent English knowledge
