Description

As an SAP FICO Expert, you'll own the lifecycle of the SAP FICO solution, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.Your responsibilities will include:

Owning and continuously improving SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) solutions.
Designing, configuring and implementing SAP FICO enhancements and new functionalities.
Supporting international SAP projects, deployments and change requests across EUROAPI entities.
Analysing business requirements and translating them into functional SAP solutions.
Collaborating with developers and cross-functional IT teams to deliver robust, compliant solutions.
Investigating and resolving application issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
Driving process improvements that increase efficiency and support business growth.
Ensuring all SAP developments comply with internal IT standards, regulatory requirements and agreed service levels.
Providing expert support to business users and promoting best practices in SAP FICO.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of SAP FICO consulting or functional experience.
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions.
Experience delivering SAP projects within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of Finance & Controlling business processes.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions.
Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
