Leírás

• Conducting market research to identify potential customers for our sea, air, and rail freight forwarding services
• Proactively contacting new prospects through cold calls and building long-term business relationships
• Maintaining contact with existing customers and supporting their needs within your assigned region
• Organizing meetings for the Sales Representative you will work closely with
• Collaborating daily with the Sales Representative and providing on-site sales support
• Supporting the achievement of sales targets
• Recording sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Preparing reports and ensuring customer information is kept up to date

Követelmények

• Experience in telephone sales, telesales, or customer acquisition
• Willingness to learn about the freight forwarding market, our processes, and service offering
• At least intermediate level of English language skills and fluent Hungarian communication skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Results-oriented attitude and commitment to achieving assigned goals
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
