The company provides high-quality products to customers worldwide and is continuously growing its market presence.We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team, responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key modern trade partners, driving sales growth, and strengthening the company’s market position.
Description
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Modern Trade partners, including major retail chains such as Auchan, Spar, Kaufland, and other strategic customers
- Managing day-to-day cooperation with central purchasing teams and key decision-makers
- Negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, pricing, promotions, and annual business plans to maximize sales and profitability
- Understanding customer needs and developing tailored business solutions
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within assigned key accounts
- Ensuring successful execution of sales strategies and commercial activities
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to support business decisions
- Preparing regular reports on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer operations and successful delivery of agreed solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience in sales / key account management, preferably within FMCG
- Experience managing Modern Trade customers and working with retail chains
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strategic thinking and strong business understanding
- Experience in sales forecasting, business planning, and account development
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven personality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Good knowledge of the FMCG market and retail dynamics
- Good English communication skills
