Short Description

Our partner company is an international manufacturing and supply chain organization focused on operational excellence, innovation, and efficient product development. The company is part of a global brand network that supports continuous improvement and the enhancement of operational efficiency across worldwide markets. We are looking for a new colleague to join their team as T&I Lead, who will play a key role in leading investment, technology, and innovation projects within the factory environment.

Description

Support short, medium, and long-term investment planning for growth, innovation, and convergence
Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of factory investment projects
Ensure prioritization and successful implementation of investment initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, maintenance, production, finance)
Manage external contractors, suppliers, and technology partners
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define investment needs and priorities
Monitor and communicate project status and outcomes to relevant stakeholders
Drive innovation processes from concept stage through to commissioning
Evaluate new technologies and assess their applicability in the factory environment
Promote continuous improvement and technological excellence
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Support technology harmonization, simplification, and flexible manufacturing
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
Strong knowledge of production processes, technology, and industrial equipment (FMCG experience is an advantage)
Experience in managing industrial investment projects
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Strong budgeting, cost control, and risk management abilities
Fluent English knowledge
