Description

You’ll work on:

• Airline operations (e.g., flight planning, crew scheduling, maintenance)
• Large-scale datasets from operations, and business systems
• Optimization problems and operations research use cases
• Data-driven products used across the teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics)
• Experience in data science or operations research (5–7+ years)
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data analysis
• Experience with machine learning, optimization, and NLP techniques
• Strong communication skills to translate technical insights to business users

• Translate business problems into machine learning and optimization models
• Perform in-depth data analysis using statistical and programming techniques
• Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models
• Define and monitor KPIs and model performance
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify business opportunities
• Convert analytical solutions into production-ready products
• Support incident management and model reliability
• Share knowledge and coach colleagues in data science
