Short Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our partner company's international product team, working on business-critical operational systems. The role is broad and hands-on, covering analysis, design, development, testing, DevOps activities, and application support when needed.
Description
You would collaborate with teams based in Budapest and Western Europe in an agile environment focused on code reviews, automated testing, and continuous improvement. Together, we deliver new features, enhance existing solutions, and modernize the overall technical landscape.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience building, maintaining, and deploying production-grade software
- Expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot
- You are familiar using REST APIs, SOAP services and async messaging
- Familiarity with dependency management, version control and containerization
- You value and follow good software engineering practices. You have good testing skills with code quality and clean code fondness
- Good communication skills, written and spoken (English)
- You worked with Azure or have other cloud experience
- DevOps mindset and CI/CD experience
- You have some knowledge about Kubernetes, Terraform
- Kafka experience
- 1+ years of Angular, Typescript experience
