Description

•  Ensure timely and accurate hydrocarbon accounting processes
• Prepare and support documentation for period close
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure mutual understanding of accounting entries and follow up on queries
• Handle and resolve arising queries and issues
• Ensure completeness and integrity of accounting processes
• Support preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• Monitor open items, overdue balances, and incoming/outgoing payments
• Manage contract changes and ad hoc queries
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders and follow up on issues
• Support internal and external audits
• Reconcile billed bulk sales with stock and purchased quantities
• Handle and track queries
• Work closely with business units, customers, and Business Facing Financials teams
• Run and verify month-end stock accounting processes
• Prepare actual cost and allocation reports
• Review cost recovery reports and propose adjustments
• Support financial analysis of product costs, storage, and handling activities
• Prepare hydrocarbon-related invoices

Requirements

• Relevant higher education degree
• Basic finance/accounting knowledge
• Confident use of English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Precise, customer-oriented mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
