Description
- Monitor Service now components and work on incidents assigned
- Respond to customers on a timely basis
- Organize customer calls to align on various support tasks
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery and the Development teams to ensure timely action on appropriate customer support
- Security key renewals (TLS/MLS/...) for LIVE customers
- On call duty to rotational basis
- RCA - Follow up on RCA till it rolled out to customers
- Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with MBC topics, emerging cloud technologies, platforms and trends, continuously improving cloud operations and adapting to changing requirements
- Ensure documentation is maintained and up to date for the various MBC support topics
- Shall work in shifts based in the requirements
Requirements
- Cloud experience
- Knowledge of payment formats and bank connectivity concepts
- Good communication and coordination skills as client facing communication required
- Exposure to root cause analysis (RCA)
- Hands on experience in incident and problem management
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in English
Good to have skills- Basic understanding of SAP Multi Bank Connectivity (MBC)
- Experience with SAP APIs and integration concepts
- Exposure to global payment operations
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of certificates and security concepts
