Description

  • Prepare workstations according to industrial standards
  • Create user accounts for industrial applications
  • Manage service requests and N1 / N2 incidents in an industrial context
  • Ensure contact with suppliers to escalate tickets for resolution
  • Contribute to projects: handle requests, perform tests, take part in work meetings, and make proposals
  • Transfer industrial activities with other OSS technicians to ensure service continuity (handover of ongoing tasks during the day or planned activities in case of absence)
  • Perform tests and qualification documents
  • Knowledge management: read and apply procedures, link knowledge articles to tickets, propose improvements, and keep the knowledge base up to date
  • Complete the required trainings, authorizations, and certifications
  • Support and coordinate with service providers and suppliers
  • Follow hygiene and safety rules in place at CEVA
  • The reference language is English for documents and the knowledge base

Requirements

  • Competence in managing user accounts and handling N1/N2 incidents
  • Capability to follow procedures, maintain and update knowledge base articles, and propose process improvements
  • Fluent in English
  • No penicillin allergy
