Description
- Provide end-to-end customer support from onboarding throughout the full customer lifecycle.
- Execute daily operational customer service tasks in line with SLAs and internal processes.
- Handle customer inquiries (phone, email, chat) and manage complaints efficiently.
- Take ownership of customer issues, resolve them proactively, and escalate when necessary.
- Identify customer needs, support product usage, and communicate new features.
- Log, track, and manage customer cases accurately in relevant systems.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners; participate in business calls.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, HSSE, and other relevant standards.
- Participate in system testing (UAT) and product or process development projects.
Requirements
- C1 level of German and English
- Educated to university level or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 24 months previous experience in Customer Service
- Strong understanding of business needs
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High level of IT proficiency
