Description

• Provide end-to-end customer support from onboarding throughout the full customer lifecycle.
• Execute daily operational customer service tasks in line with SLAs and internal processes.
• Handle customer inquiries (phone, email, chat) and manage complaints efficiently.
• Take ownership of customer issues, resolve them proactively, and escalate when necessary.
• Identify customer needs, support product usage, and communicate new features.
• Log, track, and manage customer cases accurately in relevant systems.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners; participate in business calls.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, HSSE, and other relevant standards.
• Participate in system testing (UAT) and product or process development projects.

Requirements

• C1 level of German and English
• Educated to university level or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 24 months previous experience in Customer Service
• Strong understanding of business needs
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• High level of IT proficiency
