Short Description
We are looking for a Java Support Engineer to join our client’s AMS (Application Management Services) team. This role focuses on providing high-quality support and maintenance for enterprise applications, while contributing to development and automation tasks in a modern tech environment.
Description
- Deliver AMS support for Java-based applications, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Perform development tasks and enhancements using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, and React.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Support test automation and quality assurance initiatives.
- Maintain clear documentation and share knowledge within the team.
Requirements
- Programming skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, and React.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and modern development workflows.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Preferred skills:
- Experience with test automation using:
- Playwright (TypeScript-based)
- Karate and Cucumber
- Familiarity with test management tools, especially Xray on JIRA.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and agile methodologies.
