Java Support Engineer

Short Description

We are looking for a Java Support Engineer to join our client’s AMS (Application Management Services) team. This role focuses on providing high-quality support and maintenance for enterprise applications, while contributing to development and automation tasks in a modern tech environment.

Description

• Deliver AMS support for Java-based applications, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Perform development tasks and enhancements using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, and React.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Support test automation and quality assurance initiatives.
• Maintain clear documentation and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• Programming skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, and React.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and modern development workflows.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Preferred skills:
• Experience with test automation using:
• Playwright (TypeScript-based)
• Karate and Cucumber
• Familiarity with test management tools, especially Xray on JIRA.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and agile methodologies.
