Description

• Provide incident support and ensure timely resolution of system and process issues • Deliver user support and conduct training sessions to enhance system utilization • Support month-end, year-end, and audit processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance • Participate in system and process improvement initiatives, contributing to design and implementation • Conduct application testing to validate new features, fixes, and system changes • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system documentation • Monitor system interfaces and resolve data flow or integration issues • Review and load transactional data into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports as required • Perform account analysis and reconciliations to support financial accuracy and transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and financial reporting, ideally within a complex business environment • Strong practical experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) • Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting processes. • Experience in business process evaluation, application and user support, testing, and master data management • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
