Local Delivery and Payroll Specialist

• Maintain and validate time management data, including weekly/monthly checks, corrections and system tests
• Ensure accurate and timely HR and payroll data entries, interfaces and documentation
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including monthly closing, cross-checks, mid-month transfers and payroll-related administration
• Handle taxation and labour administration for Hungarian and expatriate employees
• Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding and contract modifications in compliance with regulations
• Organize mandatory health check-ups and manage related documentation and expiry dates
• Manage the cafeteria process, including monthly payments, reporting and policy updates
• Monitor HR systems, identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR/payroll reports
• Provide support to employees and BSC staff regarding HR Operations, payroll and basic labour matters
• Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Participate in People & Culture projects and continuous process improvement
