Short Description
We are looking for IT Infrastructure and DevOps Engineers to support, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise production environments.Depending on your experience and technical background, you may focus on site reliability engineering (SRE), Linux infrastructure, automation, or directory services.You will contribute to the stability, availability, security, and operational efficiency of business-critical systems, working closely with infrastructure, cloud, application, and security teams in an international environment.
Description
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Linux infrastructure and production environments.
- Support infrastructure reliability, monitoring, incident management, and service recovery.
- Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to preventive improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automation scripts, configuration management workflows, and infrastructure processes.
- Support cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise platforms, depending on the assigned technical area.
- Contribute to security hardening, configuration management, and compliance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Support knowledge sharing and provide technical guidance where appropriate to the role and seniority.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in IT infrastructure engineering, Linux administration, DevOps, SRE, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems and production infrastructure.
- Understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support processes.
- Experience with scripting or automation, such as Bash, Python, or Ansible, depending on the technical focus.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, or infrastructure automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international, enterprise IT environment.
- Good communication skills and a structured approach to technical documentation.
- Depending on the assigned position, your responsibilities may involve one or more of the following:
- DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering: Production monitoring, observability, incident management, service reliability, and operational automation.
- Linux Infrastructure & Automation: Linux/RHEL administration, Ansible Automation Platform, infrastructure maintenance, and infrastructure as code.
- Directory Services & Identity Infrastructure: OpenLDAP, Active Directory, cloud-hosted directory services, security hardening, and identity-related compliance.
