Description

• Trustful and close collaboration with the ID-Head, Consulting Managers, Service Partners, Delivery Managers, project managers and architects. • Target tracking in all relevant Industry topis like capacity utilization, workforce planning, backlog, project management, forecast accuracy, …) • Supports profitability analysis, drives backlog analysis and validation including leakage, backlog at risk, analysis of profit dilution, forecast accuracy for revenue & contribution. • Supports the ID Business with reporting and interpretation of relevant business KPIs that are needed to drive the business, preparation of reviews. • Supports the creation and implementation of action plans like demand generation initiatives • Supports the creation of ID specific business plans and yearly budgeting process as well as monthly/quarterly/yearly end race support. • Safeguarding data quality and completeness • Alignment with other organizational units like Resource Management, Controlling, GPO, CBS-Team, Sales • Connector between the business and regional process experts to establish a continuous improvement process. • Participation in transformation projects

Requirements

o Fluent in english & german o Profund knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Powerpoint & Excel o Background business administration preferred o Strong problem solving and analytical skills: Problem identification, data collection, deep analysis, solution development and action planning o Self-driven attitude, ability to quickly understand the business, analyze data as well as processes, take ownership and develop/ execute a strategy with the team that positively transforms the business and drives operational excellence o Project management skills & strong hands-on mentality o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
