- • Monitor & consolidate the indirect procurement (IP) Europe productivity performance
- • Animate the Indirect Annual Procurement Operational Planning process (“APOP”) ensuring that actions are identified, evaluated and recorded in appropriate systems to support Indirect Procurement sourcing savings (also called “productivity”) and base cost targets for the Y+1.
- Challenge Indirect Categories and Indirect Procurement Region through targets
- Animate quarterly rolling forecast process for productivity and base cost to enable identification of gaps to target.
- Take ownership of the productivity pipeline tracking process and tools (iSave) for Europe Indirect Procurement, working with buyers and stakeholders to ensure that productivity calculation rules are deployed effectively and consistently.
- Work with European Indirect Procurement, Category Managers to ensure all relevant Key Internal Controls are implemented and are operating effectively
- Manage transversal projects for regional Indirect Procurement Finance as required
Követelmények
- Diploma in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in business finance roles, working with financial data analysis and deployment - with a focus on controlling, especially base cost controlling or supply chain controlling.
- Understanding of Financial & Procurement KPI’s and Efficiency tracking, as well as the relation between Indirect Procurement and Business Costs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a global, multicultural, matrixed environment and to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, Tableau and BI.
- Fluency in English.
