SAP Competence Center Functional Team Lead

• Oversee daily ticket management in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and requests.
• Take the lead in resolving high-priority tickets and ensure appropriate prioritization and allocation of tasks.
• Monitor ticket progress and ensure accurate documentation of actions, solutions, statuses, and responsibilities.
• Support communication with subsidiaries and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure continuous and reliable support for the company's subsidiaries.

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the assigned SAP functional team.
• Allocate resources across support activities, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor team capacity, identify resource constraints, and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
• Plan team members’ holidays and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Provide functional guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
• Identify training needs and organize relevant learning activities.
• Foster collaboration within the team and with other IT teams and external consultants.

• Support SAP projects across the organisation
• Participate in or delegate team members to project GAP analysis and review sessions.
• Review and approve functional designs, development proposals, and testing approaches.
• Validate changes and coordinate the approval of transports into the SAP environment.
• Ensure a smooth handover of new solutions and developments to the support team.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve SAP functionality, processes, and service quality.

• Maintain and continuously improve the documentation and user manuals.
• Ensure that proposed solutions and developments comply with established Core Model standards.
• Monitor master data quality, particularly during new implementations.
• Coordinate mass master data maintenance and manage urgent data corrections when required.
• Investigate SAP authorization issues and coordinate their resolution.
• Identify and propose improvements to user authorization processes and structures.

• Organize regular status review meetings with the team and subsidiary representatives.
• Coordinate community calls with functional Key Users to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in status review meetings with IT Managers.
• Deliver training on SAP functionalities and Core Model standards.
• Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
