Change Coordinator

• Review and validate change requests to ensure compliance with internal change management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and administer changes throughout the entire change lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for change management-related queries and activities within the operations organization.
• Perform risk assessments, conflict analysis, and support issue resolution to ensure successful change implementation.
• Coordinate both standard and emergency changes, ensuring proper approvals and implementation planning.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to monitor change activities and proactively address potential risks.
• Facilitate change management meetings and operational discussions.
• Track, monitor, and maintain change records within the ticketing system.
• Support communication activities related to planned maintenance, outages, and change implementation.
• Ensure approved maintenance windows and governance requirements are adhered to.
• Produce reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics related to change management activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
