Our partner is a leading provider of Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, empowering businesses with cutting-edge customer engagement tools. We are pioneering the integration of advanced AI features to enhance real-time communication capabilities. To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with project managers, engineers, and technical leads in an agile team to deliver the Buzzeasy cloud contact center solution from presales to handover.

  • Analyze business, user, functional, and technical requirements.

  • Translate user needs into clear technical specifications.

  • Define solutions for complex client needs and prepare technical/user documentation.

  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and assist with project estimations.

  • Provide reports, planning updates, demos, and training.

  • Continuously improve processes for quality and deployment safety.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years as Customer Success/Technical Consultant and 2–3 years as Contact Center Supervisor.

  • Fluent English and customer-focused mindset.

  • Willingness to learn cloud technologies; self-learner.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.

  • Knowledge of SIP, RTP, TLS; SBC management is an advantage.

  • Azure cloud experience is a plus.
