To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our innovative team.
Responsibilities:
Work with project managers, engineers, and technical leads in an agile team to deliver the Buzzeasy cloud contact center solution from presales to handover.
Analyze business, user, functional, and technical requirements.
Translate user needs into clear technical specifications.
Define solutions for complex client needs and prepare technical/user documentation.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and assist with project estimations.
Provide reports, planning updates, demos, and training.
Continuously improve processes for quality and deployment safety.
Qualifications:
2–3 years as Customer Success/Technical Consultant and 2–3 years as Contact Center Supervisor.
Fluent English and customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to learn cloud technologies; self-learner.
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
Knowledge of SIP, RTP, TLS; SBC management is an advantage.
Azure cloud experience is a plus.
