In addition, they have a modern technology hub where they develop software and applications used worldwide.
In this role, you will be accountable for:- Follow the company's Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Accountable to EA and market leaderships for building the analytics road-map and improve analytical maturity of partnering functions with in depth understanding of key priorities and outcome
- Thought leadership in scoping the business problems, solutions and bringing disruptive/depth oriented solutions to complex problems and institutionalize robust ways of working with business partners
- Partner with the company's and market's finance team to measure the value delivered through analytical initiatives
- Build impact driven teams to craft analytical assets which will deliver value in sustainable manner
- Be the voice and represent Enterprise Analytics on internal and external forums
- Provides inputs that impact the functions plans, policies, influences the budget and resources in their scope
- Developing managers and colleagues to succeed through inspiring conversations every day
- Lead functions and company's initiatives to drive continuous development
Operational skills relevant for this job:- Understanding of machine learning techniques - Linear and Logistics regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XgBoost and Natural Network
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Hive, and one of the visualisation tools
- Retail Expertise, Partnership management, Analytical
- Conceptual application to larger business context, Storyboarding, managing managers
Experience relevant for this job:- 10-12+ years of experience on Leading multiple analytics engagements in any one of domains like retail, cpg, telecom or hospitality and for one of the following functional areas: marketing, supply chain, customer, merchandising, operations, finance and digital
