Production Control Engineer

  • Inventory management
  • Optimize production plan based on sales
  • Optimization of supply chain process (Oversea/Domestic) for on-time delivery

  • Operation of infra/resource for inbound/outbound/storage
  • Analysis of supply chain and logistics market trend

Measurement Technician (CMM)

Feladatkörök: 

  • CMM mérés
  • Minőségi ellenőrzés
  • Minőségi funkcionális és validációs teszt
  • Hibák elemzése
  • Mérések elvégzése különböző gépekkel és berendezésekkel (durvasági/Mikro/Profil mérőműszerek, CMM és stb. kezelése).
  • Funkcionális és validációs tesztek elvégzése és elbírálása, beleértve az elektromos hullámforma leolvasását is
  • Megjelenésvizsgálat elvégzése
  • Gyökérokok elemzésének elvégzése
 

Követelmények: 

  • Középiskolai végzettség vagy azzal egyenértékű technikusi végzettség
  • Gyártó környezetben szerzett tapasztalat
  • Mérőeszközökkel kapcsolatos tapasztalat
  • A biztonsági irányelvek és a minőségbiztosítási rendszerek ismerete
  • A GD&T ismerete

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews control plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of products.
  • Ensures products meet the drawing specification, customers quality and product integrity requirements.
  • Supports product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
  • Identifies root causes of problems in the production process; recommends and/or implements corrective measures.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defect
  • Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF16949/ISO9001)
  • Participate in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
  • Report on KPIs in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis
  • Manage and coordinate supplier PPM
  • Support and lead process improvement activities
  • Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • IATF16949/ISO9001 knowledge

Supplier Quality Development Part Leader

  • Supplier quality management of development and mass production
  • Drive quality issue to fast response with TFT and supplier
  • Drawing feasibility review for mass production
  • Verification of supplier process (ex: Leak, AOI, Error Proof etc.)
  • Verification of root cause and corrective action
  • Define strategy for supplier quality improvement
  • Conducting internal audits based on ISO 19011, certification audits based on ISO/IEC 17021 and IATF Rules

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • English language knowledge
  • Common automotive quality system requirement (IATF16949/ VDA)
  • AIAG Core Tool (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC)
  • CSR (Customer Specification Requirement)
  • Mechanical / Elect / Material / Mold / Injection knowledge
  • GD&T
  • Problem solving method (8D Report, Red-X, 7Dia etc)
  • Knowledge in assembly processes (NVH, Leak test, test stations, torque stations etc.)

Quality System Manager

  • Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns
  • Undertake regular internal and process audits of the Quality Management Systems
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (TS16949/ISO9001)
  • Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
  • Prepare certifications (IATF16949, VDA6.3)
  • Quality system and process development
  • Establish and Monitor the Key KPI's
  • Establish Quality Strategies

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Excellent Knowledge in IATF 16949, VDA6.3 and OEM's CORE TOOLS like MSA, APQP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, SPC
  • Good understanding of Quality planning tasks

Accountant

  • Booking the invoices, bank, general ledger on daily basis
  • Prepare daily cash flow report based on bank accounts
  • Checking the suppliers year-end balance, turnover and confirm them
  • Participating in the monthly closing
  • Participating in VAT reporting
  • Prepare KSH and MNB statistic report
  • Providing overall support for colleagues working in finance team, close cooperation with Finance Manager

 

Requirements:

  • At least a secondary degree in economics / finance or BSC/MSC degree in finance or similar
  • Qualified accountant, registered accountant is an advantage
  • Oracle/SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Communication level in English
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business needs and influence business impact
  • Can-do attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details and accurate data management

  • Responsible for accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing and reporting to the management, authorities and external and internal auditors.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the statutory and IFRS financial statements.
  • Prepare various Tax declaration and returns
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods.
  • Support the development and implementation of SAP to increase the effectiveness of the existing accounting and reporting systems as well as the operations.
  • Provide financial analysis to the management to support the growth of the Company.
  • Guide and support the accounting team.
  • Perform Ad-Hoc duties as per company and management needs.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • Chartered accountant in IFRS.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and reporting under IFRS standards.
  • Hungarian and fluent English knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • SAP and Oracle highly preferred.
  • Experience in ERP implementation would be an advantage.
  • Advanced excel skills required.
  • Disciplined and well organized.
  • Hardworking and able to handle pressure.
  • Ability to work independently.

Manufacturing Engineer

  • Contribute to achieve the improved and optimized quality and performance of operations and production excellence to support company strategy with priorities of Environmental Health and Safety, productivity and costs
  • Continue to develop and provide transparent and uniformed Production Management to attain the most important and key production excellence target
  • Identification of production optimization opportunities, technically maturing opportunities for an investment decision, and supporting Production implementation
  • Effective leadership and communication interface with internal Teams such as  Procurement, SHEE, Maintenance, and shop floor operators
  • Take care about the fact that products are always under process all the time, so it is needed to have outstanding planning and organizing skills for efficient and fine-working operations.
  • The focus also should be kept on achieving daily, monthly and annual team targets and on promoting safe work environment.
  • Be in charge of new projects

Requirements: 

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Spoken and written English on intermediate level or above;
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing environment;
  • Knowledge in quality system: IATF 16949, FMEA, Control Plan
  • Manufacturing operations: Problem solving, keep control of changes in the process, Value Stream Map
  • IT skills: ERP, MES, MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT), Auto-cad
  • Be available for short-term or mid-term business trips domestically and internationally
  • Familiarity and practical experience in production process operation
  • Effective task management;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication, negotiation competence;
