As a leader, it is important to me that recruitment is not simply about filling positions, but about building predictable, results-driven, and sustainable long-term partnerships between business stakeholders and the recruitment team.
I started my career as a recruiter, so I have first-hand experience of the operational reality of recruitment, the candidate experience, and the day-to-day challenges involved. This background still strongly shapes my perspective today: for me, candidate experience, partner satisfaction, and measurable results are mutually reinforcing factors.
I work in a complex RPO environment, where I support clients throughout the entire recruitment process — from designing operating structures and aligning with stakeholders to overseeing the day-to-day functioning of teams. To me, RPO is not just a service, but a business strategy in which the right people, fast response times, and sustainable processes together define successful operations.
As a leader, my goal is to create an environment where people can grow, processes remain predictable, and results are sustainable in the long term.
