I work at Manpower as Head of Permanent Recruitment, where for nearly one and a half years I have been responsible for the professional and business leadership of the white-collar, blue-collar, and IT recruitment divisions. My work is centered on providing our clients with competitive, sustainable, and business-relevant recruitment solutions in a continuously changing labor market environment.
Previously, I gained significant experience in international and executive search projects, which gave me a strong strategic mindset and expertise in managing complex searches. In my current role, alongside leading the divisions, I place strong focus on preparing market analyses, actively managing partner relationships, and building new collaborations.
