Our partner is a leading provider of Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, empowering businesses with cutting-edge customer engagement tools. We are pioneering the integration of advanced AI features to enhance real-time communication capabilities. To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled Technical consultant to join our innovative team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery of customer onboarding projects for a cloud-based contact center platform, from requirements to deployment.
- Translate business needs into technical designs, AI prompts, and system configurations.
- Configure and test AI features to ensure quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with PMs, tech leads, and stakeholders in an agile setup.
- Prepare documentation, estimates, and project plans.
- Provide training, demos, onboarding, and Tier 2 support.
- Contribute feedback to product teams and drive process improvements.
- Stay current with product updates and technologies.
Qualifications:- 2–3 years experience as Technical Consultant, Implementation Engineer, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of cloud contact center technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI bots (chat, voice, email) is a plus.
- Fluent English and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn cloud technologies; self-learner.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
Nice to Have:- Experience working as a supervisor or lead within a contact center.
- Familiarity with SIP, RTP, TLS, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.
