Description
- Preparing, participating in, and following up on forecast and business meetings
- Pipeline and KPI analysis to support sales performance
- Creating and interpreting business reports and KPIs
- Ensuring data quality and maintaining system data
- Supporting quota management and GTM planning processes
- Analyzing backlog, profitability, and forecast accuracy
- Collaborating with sales, GTM, and regional business stakeholders
- Handling operational ad hoc requests from management
- Participating in process improvement and transformation projects
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in sales, sales operations, services, consulting, or data management
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
- University degree
