As a People & Culture Coordinator at Manpower Hungary, I focus on the human side of the organization’s internal operations. My goal is for HR not to function merely as a “background process,” but as a well-structured system that supports managers’ decisions, responds to real situations, and provides tangible support to colleagues even amid everyday changes.
Transparent internal communication and consistent operations play a key role in my work. I believe that employee experience is not built through isolated initiatives, but through the quality of daily collaboration and clear frameworks.
