As People & Culture Business Partner at Manpower Hungary, I focus on the human side of the organization’s internal operations. My goal is to ensure that HR is not seen as a “back-office process,” but as a well-functioning system that supports leadership decisions, responds to real situations, and provides tangible support to colleagues even amid day-to-day change.
Transparent internal communication and consistent ways of working play a key role in my work. I believe that employee experience is not built through isolated initiatives, but through the quality of everyday collaboration and clear frameworks.
In Hungary, I also hold the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO), where I am responsible for supporting the organization’s data protection and compliance processes, as well as strengthening GDPR-based operations.
