Description

Deliver SAP FICO project activities in line with the established Project Management Framework.
Assess functional requirements and estimate the effort needed to deliver changes.
Support on-time, cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality and agreed service levels.
Build effective relationships with internal business partners and coordinate with internal and external vendor teams.
Partner with Architecture teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
Evaluate solution options, making effective use of standard SAP configuration and identifying when enhancements are needed.
Prepare functional specifications for conversions and enhancements.
Coordinate with development teams, monitor progress and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with other SAP functional leads to support consistent delivery across workstreams.
Participate in project reviews and provide user training where appropriate.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
2–4 years of SAP project execution or management experience within a similarly complex technical organization.
Demonstrated experience with project delivery and ITIL practices in a regulated environment.
The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.
Confidence working with international, remote teams in a matrix organization.
